In the past 20 years: After I graduated, I finished cosemetology school. I became a mom to a beautiful boy, we named Marcus in November 1989. I was priveleged to stay home with him for his first 9 months, than I worked at an consignment store and tanning salon in Ottertail in which I became owner of (Classic Closet.) I moved the buisness to Perham. Greg and I got married in 1992. I sold my buisness and became a department leader at JcPenneys in DL. and was there for 3 years. I than became an area leader of fashions at Pamida in Perham for 5 years. In 1996 we had a gorgeous girl we named Brooke. My family felt very complete. (everything I always wanted).
We built our home North of town (PERHAM) in 1999 where we currently live.
For the past 8 years I have been doing daycare in my home (watching around 12 children).
Greg has worked at Essers Plumbing and Heating for 12 years as a heating and a/c installer.
Our son Marcus has just graduated from Perham High School and will be heading off to Moorhead Tech to become a plumber. In his sparetime he lives and breathes hunting and fishing. Always in competition with his father for the biggest buck (with the bow) and his friends for the most fish caught or speared.
As for Brooke we spend alot of time in the gyms with volleybal, basketball and softball. We enjoy that very much. We hope she can sticks with it through all the craziness with the school.
We have been able to take 2 family trips to Cancun, Mexico, which has been very fun as a family.
As for me, I spend time with my friends and family being in a craft group, book club, enjoy gardening, volunteering at church and of course spending time with Greg. We feel we have been blessed with alot. LIFE!!! Cant wait to see all of you at the reunion. It should be great fun.
MEMORIES OF HIGH SCHOOL. There is too many to mention. I remember it like it was yesterday.. Spending time with Friends (which i miss and will treasure forever.) Summer of 1987 was the best memories for me. (thanks Sue) |
