- Job Title / Responsibilities: Certified Medical Transcriptionist. After a doctor sees a patient, he picks up the phone and "tells all" about the encounter from beginning to end. I listen to that recording and type every word he says into a report that will become a permanent part of the patient's medical record and can be viewed/read by hundreds of medical staff for years to come. Every word has to be spelled correctly, every verb in agreement with the subject, etc., even if they don't dictate it gramatically correct.
- What have you been doing for the last 30 years? After I left high school, I moved to the Fargo/Moorhead area where I went to school. I started cosmetology school as soon as I graduated from commercial art. After I graduated from cosmetology, I took off with a girl I hardly knew (my landlord's sister) and we moved to Lakewood, Colorado together. I lived in the Denver area for 6 years. I met and married my former husband out there, who was also from MN, but we never knew each other before. The last thing I wanted was a "Minnesota boy." I ended up developing an allergy to perm solution, so once again I had to go back to school, this time for Word Processing. They placed me in a medical transcription job and I have been doing medical transcription ever since. My husband and I moved to New Hampshire when I was pregnant with our 1st child in 1989, and have been here ever since.
- What are your hobbies? None, really. I work and clean house and go on the computer. I guess the computer is my hobby.
- What is your favorite high school memory / memories? I hated high school, couldn't wait to get out of Dodge.
- Words of wisdom or anything you would like to share? God can't guide your footsteps if you don't move your feet.

- What is your favorite high school memory / memories? Just so many that I possibly could not list them all. For some reason, my mind does seem to wander back to some of our teachers. Mr Hubesch who was a wise, kind, and a gentle man who was a giant impression on so many. Mr Grahams 9th grade class that was so out of control. CUD's disjointed fingers; the drama and intensity in Mr. Schmitz's eyes when she expressed emotion; Mr Sailor and his thick books and thick rulers when kids didn't behave; Mrs Cole always wearing that burgundy sweat suit.
- Words of wisdom or anything you would like to share? No. You all are close to 50. If you haven't learned by now...what words of wisdom could I possibly share that would help you at this point! :-)

- What have you been doing for the last 30 years? Raising my children and loving life.
- What are your hobbies? Running, hiking, traveling, reading, and most of all spending time with family and friends.
- What is your favorite high school memory/memories? There are so many..attending sporting events, laughing, and hanging with friends are what I remember the most of.
- Words of wisdom or anything you would like to share? A favorite quote: When you love someone, you risk heartbreak. When you hope, you risk disappointment. When you try something new, you risk failure. However, the greatest risk in life is to risk nothing!
