After our high school graduation, I attended Moorhead State and graduated with a BS degree. I then went to NDSU for prevet and graduated from the U of M Veterinary School in 1990. I've worked in various practices since then, in Oregon, Wisconsin, and around Minnesota. My current job is in dairy practice in Albany, which is between St. Cloud and Alexandria. It's fun and challenging though physically I'm beginning to feel my age. Janet and I met two years ago and married in the spring of 2007. She is a drug and alcohol councillor in St. Cloud. We own a little fixer upper hobby farm in the country.
My daughter Lindsey is finishing up a stint in the Navy. She is currently a cook, but she had been serving with the Ceremonial Guard in Washington DC where she had the honor of participated in President Ford's funeral. She recently married, and is planning to start college this winter. My son Matt joined the Air Force last summer. He just graduated from one of the toughest schools the Air Force has, the SERE school (Survive Evade Resist Escape). He will be teaching pilots and others at risk of capture by the enemy. He is planning to go to jump school at Fort Benning to learn to parachute. And Molly, my youngest, just graduated from Cloquet High School. She is working at a resort in Montana this summer, and is going to finish her Associates degree this fall thanks to the college in high school program. She'd like to continue on in a dietician program.
Hobbies? Mostly fixing on the house right now, but I really enjoy it. |

Married to Frank 21 years and running, Three children Elleota 18, Michael 16 and Mia 8.
I moved to CA after graduating from MSU now UM@M . I worked for Target for 10 years. then was Branch Manager for Beneficial Finance for 10 years. When Household took them over they decided I was one of 7 So Cal mgrs that were expendable (we made too much money and had opinions on how things should run).
I took that opportunity to go back to school and bush up on my computer skills - during that time God decided I needed a better sense of humor so for my 40th birthday he gave me a baby - now when any one asks how old I am the answer is - Mia plus 40. Because of her I decided to approach life a little differently. I became a Creative Memories Consultant and so for the last 9 years I have had a home based business. I help people capture their memories in photo safe albums and photo boxes - our new digital stuff is really cool. Check out my website at www.mycmsite.com/cwicks . This has also given me the flexiblity to take on a large variety of volunteer positions with PTA, soccer, baseball and church.

Besides work, I keep busy with church activities, typing the weekly bulletin for our church and maintaining the church's website, coaching Special Olympics activities and most of my passion of scrapbooking.
